Another year, another dance-off:
After all that exertion, some refreshment was in order.

Nora’s been taking swimming lessons at Westminster. She loves everything about it…except she refuses to put her face in the water. This may have an impact on her future swimming career.
Plus, bonus mom-points for putting her in the correct swimsuit, am I right?
I thought this was fancy, but that was before I became the valedictorian of fancy spiral hair-dos.
Nora got her face painted at the cupcake social thrown by local adorable business Frosty Darling. Thanks for letting us tag along, Sarah!
Zoo membership is the best. This time, Nora, Alex, and I met up with Shantelle and Abby and their neighbors. Toddlers surprisingly don’t care much about the animals, though–it’s all about the fountain, the playground, and the train.
Before bed, reading to Nora from my old copy of the Sesame Street Bedtime Storybook (which came out the month before I was born).
My mom suggested I re-read Goldilocks instead, to remind myself what might happen to someone who sleeps in a bed that is too small. But…would you give this up, if you were me?
Alex loves to pull Nora in her (recently decorated) wagon, and Nora loves to be pulled. A match made in toddler heaven.
Just a short little video to show you guys what happens after the little dancers line up:
